As vegetarians and vegans, we were delighted with the variety of options available at Hotel Indigo. The breakfast spread offered a range of delicious plant-based options, including fresh fruits, vegetables, and dairy-free alternatives. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. the staff exceeded our expectations, providing fantastic customer service that far surpassed our previous experiences elsewhere.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, being just a short walk from the train station. It is also close to a great selection of restaurants, including the renowned Marco Pierre White establishment. The rooms are comfortable, with a complimentary mini bar and a TV with a Chrome cast. The service at the hotel was lacking. Staff seemed unwelcoming and uninterested in guest satisfaction, neglecting to ask about our stay during check-out.

The rooms at this hotel were excellent, spacious, and ultra clean. The suite on the 5th floor had floor-to-ceiling windows, offering nice views. The breakfast was good and plentiful, and the service was friendly and efficient. The complementary coffee and snacks were a nice touch.

The pillows in the room were lumpy and uncomfortable, with no option to change them. The lighting was too dark for my personal preference, and the sink was worn.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being close to the train station makes it very convenient. The in-house Turbine 75 restaurant offers a delicious dining experience. It's also easy to access on foot from the station, which is a bonus for families with young children.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to the mainline station. It made it easy for us to explore the city. The food at the hotel was also very good, with a delicious cooked breakfast that we enjoyed. we appreciated the friendly and positive attitude of the staff, who were always willing to help and make our stay more enjoyable.

The maintenance of the rooms could be improved. We noticed loose bathroom tiles, discolored shower silicone, and scratched floors.

Lovely room, comfy bed, quiet, complementary snacks and drinks, clean, great staff.
